Oh we do like to be beside the Seaquarium!

As part of our new topic, The Seaside - Year 1 and Reception took a trip to Weston-super-Mare to visit the Seaquarium. We saw lots and lots of different sea creatures, including: clown fish, basking sharks, jellyfish and manta rays.

We were very lucky and we got to have our own rock pool session! We looked closely at some shark eggs, mussels and an anemone!

After the Seaquarium, Year 1 and Reception took to the beach for a spot of lunch and a play! We made sandcastles, sand holes and even a beautiful sand mermaid!

After all the excitement, we all had an ice cream to cool off!
